What you should know

Our general terms and conditions of trade apply to all orders and are accepted on every bill. Please inform us of changes in names and addresses. All misprints reserved. Exchange and right of return.

 Price – Return – Guarantee

If not satisfied, please send us the goods back (please do not forget to put the correct postage on the parcel), after contacting us and within 7 days of receipt.

We will reimburse the value of the goods. The bill of sale is invalid by return. Considerably reduced merchandise is not part of the price return guarantee.

Guarantee

The legal regulations for guarantees are valid. Please keep all documents, such as bill of sales, delivery note and bill, safe.

Defects will be rectified by repair or exchange by COUNTRY, if possible free of charge. Not included are defects and damage caused by adverse use or negligent or deliberate behaviour. Damage caused by uncustomary use, improper care or through non-observance of the care instructions are excluded from the guarantee. Normal use does not cause any damage.
